David’s interest in biological farming, achieving economies of scale and value adding puts AIMG ahead of other corporate agriculture in Australia. David’s currency trading and hedging of commodity markets adds another dimension to the future security of AIMG projects.

David Bondfield
General Manager Breeding and Genetics

David and his wife Prue are among the most successful beef cattle seedstock producers in Australia. They lead the industry in cattle genetics, embryo transplanting, and economies of scale. The stud’s genetics are used widely across large corporate and family pastoral holdings in Northern Australia as well as throughout temperate southern regions. David’s areas of expertise are in bull production, developing large scale breeding programs, management of seedstock, Artificial Insemination and Embryo Transplant programs and nutrition management. He also oversees customer service, bull placement programs, and assists with end product cattle marketing.

Daryn Kerr
General Manager Infrastructure Development

Daryn is based in the Northern Territory, Australia. He is involved in large scale development of agricultural land including subdivision, infrastructure development and improving grazing management. He is a versatile member of the team with ample experience in cattle and sheep husbandry, nutrition and grazing systems.

Daryn brings his skills of cost and performance efficiency, high performance training, breeding herd management and joining programs as well as risk management and OH&S efficiency. He also has an in-depth knowledge of the live cattle trade to Indonesia and Malaysia and has travelled extensively in these regions investigating vertical integration opportunities for Australian based businesses.

Glenn Williams
General Manager Operations

Glenn’s business history in the cattle industry, both breeding and fattening enterprises and his active roles in infrastructure development bring on ground experience to AIMG to ensure correct implementation of planning and development.
Glenn has also been involved with large acquisitions of agricultural land. Glenn is also currently managing teams of up to 400 people in his current role. He has capabilities in cattle handling, livestock psychology and large scale mustering.
Glenn has experience in setting up vertically integrated networks in South East Asia for the Live Cattle Export Industry.

Christian Tjoa
Corporate and Investor Relations

MBA, B Sc (Industrial Engineering), Licensed RECA for Commercial Real Estate

Christian’s experience in mergers and acquisitions, listing and divesture and high level negotiation skills in a great variety of business and private equity realms ensures sound outcomes for AIMG projects.
His contacts within the South East Asian and Middle East Live Cattle Export countries ensure marketing and supply chains to AIMG projects. Christian has extensive expertise in capital raisings for private equity and joint venture projects.
